Terms of Service for New Zealand VPS Server

Our services

We provide virtual private servers, Windows remote desktop servers and dedicated servers hosted in New Zealand, together with domain registration. Each service is delivered with the resources described on its plan at the time of ordering. Unmanaged servers are administered by you; our support covers the platform, network and hardware, and our engineers will offer guidance on other questions where they can.

Acceptable use

You must use your services lawfully and must not use them to send unsolicited bulk email, distribute malware, attack or scan other networks without permission, host material that infringes others' rights, or disrupt the network for other customers. Proxies and game servers are permitted on our dedicated servers. Unmetered and unlimited connections are subject to fair use. We may suspend a service that breaches these rules or threatens the network, and will contact you where practical.

Billing

Services are billed in advance for each billing period at the price shown when you order, in US dollars. We accept cryptocurrency, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension and, if left unpaid, termination of the service. Domain prices are shown at checkout and depend on the extension.

Cancellation

You can request cancellation from the client area, either immediately or at the end of the current billing period. Data on a cancelled server is removed and cannot be recovered, so copy everything you need first. Domain registrations follow the rules of their registry.

Backups

You are responsible for keeping your own backups of all data on your services, stored away from the server itself. We recommend scheduled off-server backups and regular restore tests. Our responsibility does not extend to recovering data you have not backed up.

Liability

We work to keep services available and performing well, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the relevant billing period, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to provide, bill and support your services, and we do not sell it. On this website, your theme choice and cookie preference are stored in your browser. Essential cookies are always on because the site needs them to work. Optional analytics cookies are used only if you choose "Accept All Cookies".

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use of a service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
